The facilities are monitored every minute, every day of the year from our cutting-edge network operations centers in California and Florida.

• Redundant Ultra-High Bandwidth Connectivity - Incorporating enterprise-class Cisco CatalystT series switches and multiple sonet rings, with OC-3 grade connectivity to Tier 1 Service Providers, NOC provides the ultimate in security against network downtime and the fastest possible data transfer.
  
  
• UPS Systems & Backup Power Generator - NOC is not reliant on the local power grid to guarantee maximum uptime. Our onsite, auto-switched power generators and centralized UPS systems provide power conditioning for seamless uninterrupted data center operation.
  
  
• Network Monitoring Systems - NOC has designed and implemented a cross-platform network-monitoring environment allowing our systems administrators to monitor and maintain all aspects of our service 24/7/365. The monitors provide a three-level alarm indicator with instant access trouble-shooting capability. In addition, for higher-level alarms, NOC's senior administrators are notified immediately and can remotely access, assess and repair systems before service level interruptions can affect customers.
  
  
• Regulated Climate Control - NOC has LiebertT filtered, forced air-cooling and ventilation systems provide the highest possible levels of climate security within our data center environment.
  
  
• Security - Physical security at NOC is provided through the utilization of Iris Scan and handprint verification access systems in a guarded-access facility.
